Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System (TECPDS)

The Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System is a statewide program designed to meet the professional development needs of those working in the early childhood field.

Housed in the Children’s Learning Institute and funded as a public/private partnership between the Institute and Texas Head Start State Collaboration Office, the Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System offers additional resources such as the Career Lattice tool to better guide professional development planning, the Texas Trainer Registry, a statewide job board, and more.

Beginning in February 2018, all Texas Workforce Registry accounts are available at no cost. Visit www.tecpds.org to create your free account!
